Princeton Seafood Co.

50 Capistrano Road, Half Moon Bay, CA 94019 (650)726-2722 Princeton Seafood Co. In 1979, Mary and Marty Botham moved to California to start Princeton Seafood Company. Beginning as a fish wholesale business, they quickly expanded to sell mouth-watering fish and chips, clam chowder, and other traditional dishes alongside the full-service seafood market. Thirty years later, the restaurant menu still uses the award-winning clam chowder recipe created by Marty’s Mom. But today’s menu also reflects local tastes, with an emphasis on fresh, healthy meals prepared in an authentic California style. Grilled fish selections, paired with flavorful vegetables and pastas, are fresh-off-the-boat, mainly sourced from local fishermen right here in Half Moon Bay. Dedicated to the community, Mary and Marty open their doors to many non-profits and educational events. Schoolchildren are welcomed several times a year to learn how restaurants work and how seafood makes it from boat to kitchen to table. Every month, Princeton Seafood Company sponsors Cool Harbor Nights, partnering with a local non-profit in a 50/50 drawing to bring in much-needed funds. The Bothams welcome you to enjoy all the attractions of Pillar Point Harbor and the Half Moon Bay Coastside, and, of course, the fine food at Princeton Seafood Company Market and Restaurant. Just steps away from the fishing fleet at Pillar Point Harbor, Princeton Seafood Co. Market & Restaurant has welcomed locals and visitors alike for over 30 years. Serving the freshest seafood, salads, pasta dishes, and other fare alongside our award-winning clam chowder, we offer fabulous food in a relaxing atmosphere. Our Market features an array of seafood, fresh from the source, for your home culinary adventures. If you live out of the area, we can even arrange to ship your selections to you. Be sure to check our calendar for community events such as our monthly Cool Harbor Nights carshow, or contact us to host your own non-profit fundraisers, parties, and get-togethers for families and friends.
