Thank you for your desire to help the Coastside community as we build on the excitement of the Half Moon Bay International Marathon! This event has been created to bring business, interest and an exciting and sustainable event to our beautiful hamlet-by-the-sea, and we're very excited about the tremendous support we've received from athletes, local businesses and Coastsiders.

As a volunteer, you'll receive a FREE special 2012 HMBIM Volunteer shirt and be eligible to win 1 of many prizes available from local partners and merchants!

We are a non-profit organization with no paid staff members, and accordingly everyone is a volunteer! But we need much more than just the team leaders' efforts. We need people like YOU who want to be part of a fun event and help your community as we build this for years to come.

Claim an Aid Station for your Organization and WIN! (Update: all 2012 Aid Stations Claimed!!)

Your organization, group or team can sign up for one of the HMBIM aid stations and join in the fun! We provide all the supplies; you provide the energy and enthusiasm. New in 2012, we will have a "Best Aid Station" contest with awards going to to the top 2 aid stations. For example, the Wilkinson School-a local Coastside private school, has signed up as "Team Woo" to heat up the competition with spirited parents and staff!
